Endless Irritation

It never fails. I go browsing through the Photomanip gallery in search of inspiration, and before long I end up frustrated and annoyed because of all the really obvious miscats (digital anthro drawings/paintings in the manip gallery, etc.) and the CLEAR copyright violations. I end up spending more time reporting crap than I do checking out good artwork.

Why can't people just play by the damn rules?!?

And what chaps my ass worse than that? The numerous people who have had their inappropriate deviations removed only to repost them practically immediately with something to the effect of "Y'all need to get a life reporting my artwork and god help you if you report it again." or "I don't know how long this will stay up here, since it's not mine..." :shakefish:

My message to them: Get over yourselves, people. You are not special and you are NOT above the policies that keep this site out of legal hot water and therefore available to the rest of us who DO abide by them.

Maybe I'm just passive-aggressive. I'd rather just hit the "Report Deviation" link and fill out the report than try asking them to change it themselves. It's been my experience that people are stubborn about stuff like that, so it seems easier to just send it to the appropriate authority.
