I've been inspired. After my hunt for information on the Monarda Didyma and a few other flowers in my gallery it occurred to me that there are a bazillion different species of flowers growing in my immediate vicinity, and that all I have to do is go out and find them. The flowers seem to be what's floating my artistic boat at the moment... Maybe because there's a wealth of learning that goes with them. It excites me to think of taking a picture of a flower that I don't know from a pansy, just because I think it's pretty, and then to come home and hunt for information about it and to absorb that information. Possibly even share that information. It's a whole new process for me, and it tickles my photographic fancy like nothing short of a 300 year-old cemetery.
